"I do not recommend this location. Katy is the best. Jared was also very forthcoming with store discounts that we larger than the coupon I received. I'm going to make this short. Two other locations (Pearland and Katy),would allow us to bring in our own bucket to put paint into because all of the locations only have five gallon buckets left. This location made us wait to order. Then to top it off, they charged us $32 using the lifetime coupon of 25% off e received from long lake being our builders when the Katy location gives an automatic discount that allows you to purchase the paint for $23 after taxes."

"It’s so refreshing to find a paint center that is friendly and knows their products. We needed a product from the Pearland store and the SL store found the product, had it held for us, and the Pearland store was equally as friendly and accommodating. THIS is how paint stores should be managed. We will definitely return."

"Unfortunately, when I need paint in the future, I will drive past this location due to customer service. I've visited this location 3 times in the past and I'm still in the same position. My home builder sent me there. I was told all the colors on my selection sheet were there. They told me just tell them the name of the builder and I would even get a discount. It was not that simple. I told the rep the name of the paint, he ignored that and told me I had to bring in paint chipped from the wall. I did not know he was new and was trying to get me out the door. So I left and came back with a wall cover part. He color matched it wrong. I told him it wasn't the same, he said it needed to dry. I came home and put it through out my new house, now I have checker board walls. So i went back for them to adjust it. He was assisting another patrol and and after waiting 30 minutes and receiving no recognition" I was so frustrated and annoyed, I left. I called the next day and spoke with a manager and was told he is new and I did not need to color match because they manufacture the for I need and sell it pre-made. I tried to tell the rep that but he didn't listen and I had never bought paint before and thought he was the expert. I tried to post a review on PPG website but received a response stating it did not meet their standards for reviews on their website. Now I'm out of money and time and my walls are a mess in my new home. Avoid the trouble and hassle. Go to another location."

"I called in before driving 30 minutes to this store to make sure they had the product I wanted. I was assured on the phone that 3 gallons of the paint were on the shelf. After arriving, they did not have it, and refused to sell the smaller cans off the 5 gallon bucket, so I left empty handed. Will not return to this location."
