"We wanted to find a chandelier for our dining. Alan suggested a piece for us and showed us a picture. We were a bit scared to buy something we could not physically see. We bit the bullet and bought it and to our surprise, it was more elegant and beautiful than we had expected. It has totally transformed the look of our dining room. As for service, we were impressed with how proactive they were in notifying us about ETA and delivery. I do my research and they also had the best pricing on that piece. We plan to buy another chandelier for our bathroom in the future and they will be our preferred vendor to look at. Update: We purchased our 2nd chandelier from Ellen Lighting for over our bathtub.
