"I’ve used Metal Depot supply for materials to re-roof a 60 x 80 metal building roof in the past and was pleased with their service. . Earlier this spring my husband purchased 40k worth of materials for a larger project . We lacked 4 sheets to finish the job 2 hours away. He called to check stock yesterday with his sales rep. Today we arrive at 4 pm to retrieve the materials. We are then told they are closed for inventory and to come back tomorrow morning. A simple communication of un-scheduled store closing would have been considerate. Thanks but we won’t likely make the pilgrimage back over a small order they could have filled for that round trip."

"I went there with an idea for a 22x16 storage building. I was surprised as the front desk staff actually walked me around the facility to make sure I saw what colors I was considering. Great attitude. She clearly wanted me to have the best possible experience. I wish I had asked her name. She had a salesman named Mario help with my order. He answered all my questions. I never felt rushed, or that I was bothering anyone there. They were helpful and knowledgeable. They didn’t rush me even though my order was pretty small. I will definitely be returning."

"Back in 2017 my family and I had one of the largest fires in our county. Unfortunately, we lost our barn as well as all of our valuable possessions and multiple vehicles.
