"The girl at the front desk told me that I should call back to check in on an item and every single time I called back she forwarded my call and when she did answer she was talking about how she was sending somebody pictures and "LOLing" and ignored me and now won't answer the phone at all I haven't been rude to her I literally haven't talked to her since she said that she was going to check on the item and now she's continues to forward my call. unprofessional Finally got someone to answer said she texted me picture of the item and then proceeded to ask me for my number..."

"Great when you need some hardware or supplies and don't want to make the trip to home depot. Prices are slightly higher then normal on some things compared to larger hardware stores, but not bad considering it's a small local store and the convince factor makes it worth it. Staff is always friendly."
