"My home gym closed down cancelling my membership in the process. Ginger was very unhelpful in trying to restart my membership in Decatur, giving me a number to call even though i explained to her me previous gym warned us that our memership would cancel as soon as they closed down. I called the number she gave me only for them to tell me what I had already told her. I have tried calling back multiple times but have had no luck in her answering nor receiving a call back. I guess I'll start looking for a new gym."

"The gym was clean and well put together. It is not the largest anytime fitness, but the quality and care is there. I was able to meet with Ginger, who walked me through all the details of the gym, the trainers, and the contract for signing up. Her and the trainers were very professional and answered all the questions I had. Would definitely recommend for anyone who is looking for a comfortable gym and a membership that allows you access to other gyms if you travel."
