"The gym itself is nice without a doubt. The owner/GM though made the task of canceling my gym membership a nightmare! It took a total of two in a half months to cancel my membership with weeks of email traffic/phone calls. Once it was canceled the owner even had the nerve to do it one day after another month was charged to my account and there was little I could do considering I had moved halfway across the country. Absolutely a terrible process when all you're suppose to do is submit a cancelation form and be done with it. Hopefully, a one off experience that no one else has to deal with!"
