"Giving this 3☆ because I have had good experiences in the past with BMC hanging doors for me and buying trim. However, I went to the physical location and talked to one of the gentlemen there about a door style and was told to email him. I did. Never heard back...probably 5-6 weeks ago. So I called and this same individual answered the phone and I again asked about the door but a more common textured door this time and was told to email again. So I emailed again and at least 10 days went by and nothing. I again emailed just a few days ago and again nothing. Needless to say I will not be buying the door there since I can't even get someone to get the door for me. I still need trim which I will buy there since they have it in stock and I can get it the same day, but overall I am really disappointed since now I need a door very quickly for install to finish up a home remodel that i inquired about 2 months ago."

"Ordered a door with jam on a Monday, said it would be ready Friday. Got a call later Thursday stating they didn't have the door I ordered, but did have a substitute. I gave the go ahead and was told it would still be ready Friday. No call Friday and they are closed for the weekend. I called Monday on my lunch break, lots of issues with phone, no one answers then it hangs up. Finally got through, this was at 0800. The guy couldn't give me any info connected me to someone's voicemail. I left a message, no call back. Called again Tuesday. Similar story, come to find out they weren't communicating in the office so they weren't even working on the door. Supposed to be ready on Wednesday at 1200. Called at 1230, they will call me back. Finally called back, it was now ready. Spent 30 minutes at loading dock waiting for my door. I felt like since I wasn't a builder spending thousands of dollars, my business didn't matter. And customer care is definately not on their radar."

"Absolutely WORST SERVICE EVER! The receptionist Elizabeth Martinez is extremely worthless and is always too busy even when there are no additional customers in the store. What kind of company says that they’re too busy to deal with you?! After hanging up on me several times, her responses is “it’s our phone system so I’m not going to apologize to you” ***if you are the owner reading this you are loosing business and need a better face (in every sense of the word) for your business, this lady’s service and demeanor is deplorable!**"

"In my 30 plus year in the construction industry I have never had problems in getting material ordered like I have at this location and I have had many dealings with BMC over the years. From the front desk guys that have very little knowledge to the arrogant guy in charge in the back. I would never return."
