Walmart Supercenter

"Went to buy formula. On the shelf the can was listed as $37.48. We did self check out and it rang up $41. We asked the lady working self checkout about the difference. She called over a manager who was extremely unprofessional and rude. We were just asking to match the price they have listed on the shelf and she proceeds to say we weren’t looking at the right price and that we would have to pay the $41. We insisted that she go check the shelf as we were certain we were looking at the right price tag. Rudely she told us we would get it priced matched this time but next time they won’t. We would have gladly payed the $41 if that was what was listed. But we went back to double check and the price was indeed $37.48. Managers need to not be so rude and just check the shelf. Now I will be taking photos of prices before I check out to make sure I’m not over paying."

"I went here with my cousin to get some ice cream. We ended up staying like an hour because we get distracted very easily and my aunt needed some groceries. We mostly just walked around and goofed off. At the electronic section my cousin needed to charge their phone and the guy at the counter let them charge their phone on the phone charger and then we played on the iPad while we waited for it to charge. We almost left the Walmart without getting ice cream but we eventually did, I got Luigi's. They got Rocky road. They ended up spending a lot of money and I only spent three bucks so I think I did pretty well. When we went into the office supply section to get some pens I found this pack of sharpies that was out of color order and that bothers me because when I was younger I would show lots of OCD tendencies and one of my big things was color order and things had to be in color order and I'm not like that anymore. I've grown but because of it I'm able to spot out things that are out of color order more than other people. So I noticed right away that these were for some reason out of order. I don't think this was Walmart's fault. I think it had something to do with sharpie's fault and not putting their sharpies in the correct order. The teal is supposed to go before the light blue. But we are all trying our best in this world. So it's okay. We didn't buy the sharpies but we weren't looking for sharbies anyway, so. Very funny experience. The employees were very very nice."

"If Walmart's goal is efficiency, customer be damned, then just put the whole unopened box on the shelf and let the customers tear into that!!!"
