"Stopped here to make a key. They ended up ruining it."
"Perfect example of an ineffective work force. No one cares. Brought in a recently purchased Stihl chainsaw that stopped working. I asked that it was under warranty. The manager and lower person acted like I asked them about the origins of the universe. They said we don’t know. We don’t work on them. I said well if I buy a chainsaw here and it stops working and under warranty where am I supposed to take it? “Oh, I don’t know” then she and the lower person just walked away. Ace - “the helpful place” joke. Don’t buy an expensive chainsaw here expecting any kind of customer service. I understand covid created a “don’t care” attitude with employees but this was a little egregious."
