"The RS is very close to where I live. I've used their stain several times and liked the results. I placed a phone call to see if that location accepted walk-ins. Kyle answered the phone and I remembered seeing some very complimentary statements, so I was happy it was Kyle who answered the phone. Kyle has a wealth of information, (some of it not posted on their website), which was emailed an exactly the help I needed with a "halo" problem on my fence. We are still working the problem, but the next time I find myself in Lewisville, i plan to stop by the RS and personally thank him for his help."

"I used ready seal in June on Cedar and it turned out perfectly. The product was easy to use and very rich in appearance. I decided to use it on pine and contacted the office for support. Thomas provided me excellent technical support and Steve Burgess was excellent on my initial call. He made sure I received my samples and answered any questions I may have had.
