"Such a disgrace to have these people selling DeWalt equipment and tools. I couldn’t even walk in there with all the mess laying all over the floor. On top of that two ladies were just sitting down chatting away with no intention to sell. I asked to speak to management and one of them said she was the manager , ugh enough said. I just walked out. Never again !!!!"

"The building was locked but a girl didn't answer the phone and told me that there was no technician to work on my machine and there was no DeWalt technician setup for any future that I know of. She was nice on the phone so I gave four stars for all that but not the fifth because no one can help me. I would have given one star but she did answer the phone so it paid to answer when someone's out the door trying to get in"
