"What is the going rate for a gallon of propane? $2.75. What is Rowlett's cozy home grown community store charging? $6.60 and with no signage on pricing and they don't tell you what you will owe until you've already filled up your tanks. Is that what community and your local hardware store is about? The whole "supply and demand" bit as if it excuses you from taking advantage of your local community as if they aren't the same people who keep you in business? I will being going out of my way from now on to bigger box stores for parts, supplies, and propane."

"Do not bring your STIHL equipment here for repair. The guy they have working for them took 3 months to tell me one motor was blown and couldn’t do anything and the other he didn’t know what was wrong with. I don’t recommend STIHL or Rowlett Hardware. Until they get someone else, bring your stuff somewhere else!"
