"Do not use this place ! I spent a lot of money with him and the paint match was terrible, when I asked for the paint to be rechecked he had no interest in helping and now I’m out time repainting and the paint purchased! Also he’ll try blaming your preparation and your paint skills , not helpful. Y’all have been warned, find another place !"

"I ordered quarts and they sent gallons and charged me anyway..... on a $1,000 order! I specifically wanted quarts as I'm using only a few ounces at a time for small body panels on equipment, not painting cars. Scott Hartman laughed at me and assured me I ordered gallons....he wasn't even there. Also, one of their best kept secrets is their computer system, and they will sit there and charge you a 20-30% premium unless you ask to get set up in their computer. I only found out after doing business with them for a couple of years. I called and talked to the store manager who said he didn't have authority to do anything about it. A store manager! He claims he can hire and fire, but not actually do anything customer service related. His words and the salesman's words were, and I quote, "You have to call corporate for all that stuff, and good luck with that!" Never doing business with this group of shysters again!"
