To make sure the guy is there, this is probably one of the items that they sell the most and they solely depend on one person to service that, the rest of the crew don’t want to go out cause is to hot or to cold, I can’t be the only one who stop going there because of that, I hope the owner realizes that cause employees seem to don’t care."

"Purchased Stihl chainsaw from Elkins 18 months ago & had problem with starting it. Took it to Elkins & Bob would NOT honor warranty. Charged $48 for diagnostics, $42.25 for labor, $7.65 to replace spark plug + $10 “environ fee”. Will not do busy with this establishment again."
