"Worst customer service ! Arrived before closing and was refused service! Online it says they close at 6:30, okay fine, I arrived at 5:54 , simply to get screws, would’ve been in and out of the store within 1 minute. They told me the store was closed , I asked what time they closed , they told me “6:00PM” I showed them the time and it was 5:55 at that point now , they told me sorry closed , I asked for the manager , by the name of “ Miguel “ he was rude and basically blew me off , I asked him “ so you guys close the store ahead of time?” Miguel then shrugged his shoulders, he tried to tell me they go based off the time on the computers , which is not an excuse because as a manager it’s your Job and responsibility to make sure everything is always correctly timed or fix the time and no store should be closing ahead of time if customers go out of their way to drive and for them to be refused service because they decide to close early instead of the correct closing time"
"Worst place called ahead to buy material and was told they would be open until 7 pm got there 15 minutes before closing time and it was locked the worker working on wood shipyard saw me and another customer that came from far away and just close the gate worst customer service don't know why have a closing time if they don't follow the time and want to get out early"
"Good little hardware store they have alittle of everything. The staff is always nice and attentive. Prices are actually really good only issue is how far away it is sometimes. But if your close its worth the stop"
