You show them the screw, washer, your looking for and they limit them selfes to saying they dont carry it, period. I wish they had the polite action of at least showing you were you might be able to find what your looking for. Im glad other people have posted positive reviews and there experience here has been a positive one. I really hope they can better there customer service."
