"I wanted to get a movado watch repaired, what I thought was the battery. I wanted to go to a local family business. Found this family owned jeweler. The owner and watch repair person told me I needed a new movement and the battery was good. I kept asking, you sure it’s not the battery? Yes, it’s not the battery was the reply. I gave them all opportunities to recheck or even out in a new battery to find out. They insisted not the battery. Told me I needed a new movement and either had to send to movado or they could do it. I said no. Looked up another place which happened to be Jarad Jewelers. Sure enough, they said the battery tested good but he would put a new one in to make sure. And yes!!!!!! It was the battery!! And they didn’t even charge me for the battery! A little extra effort and this place would not have this bad review. Hopefully they learned from this."
