Despite be being there about 30 minutes before closing, never did I feel that I was being rushed. Katie went above and beyond for us. "Just wanted to share a couple of thoughts about The Ring, because my experience was fairly extraordinary. First off, although I'm a tech exec - I have tattoos and piercings. My (now fiancee) has wild colored hair. This *shouldn't* matter in the ring-shopping experience, but it apparently does. In my hunt for the "perfect" ring for my beautiful partner, we went to several places together, and I went to several more by myself. While polite (some much more than others), I never felt like the salesperson wanted to be spending time with us to find what we were looking for. In reading reviews for jewelry stores, I came across the website for The Ring. Even their marketing was inclusive of all lifestyles, appearances, etc. I stopped by and met Katie, the associate that happened to be working that day. She asked questions about the look and feel that I was looking for, and asked questions about my partner that showed genuine interest in finding the ring that would be perfect for her. She showed incredible patience, took the time to explain what i was looking at, and allowed me to make informed decisions without stress or pressure. I purchased a ring on the spot and they had it ready for me in a few short days. The level of support and care we've received AFTER the sale is equally worth touting. Every single person that we have spoken with has been....awesome. If you're looking for a place that has beautiful jewelry and lacks pretentiousness, The Ring is your spot."
