"I went in today for a follow up on a repiercing that I had done 10 weeks ago at the South Congress location (now closed) and was very disappointed in the customer service. Because I’ve never had flat back earrings I didn’t understand how the posts worked (needing to downsize the post, how to remove them). The piercer that took my appointment seemed annoyed at my questions and to be honest made me feel really stupid for asking for clarification on the hardware and care (for a service/product I already paid for). It was so disappointing, especially since I’d had such a good experience at the SoCo location in December. I had been considering taking my daughter here for her first piercing, but not anymore."

"Overall enjoyed my experience at Studs but I will admit it wasn’t quite what I expected from the website. The description of earscaping makes it sound like you’re getting an in depth consultation and design of a larger plan for your ear. It didn’t feel like that and the shop itself is incredibly small. Three people waiting feels very crowded. However, the team up front was very attentive and personable, and Tara did answer all my questions. She was friendly and did a great job quickly doing my piercings. I also agree that a wider variety of piercing jewelry choices would be nice. But, overall, I had a good experience and would go back."
