"I wanted to put some earrings on my 2 month old daughter and was rejected by the person over the phone today because it was 4:41pm and they told me that today they close at 5 instead of 6 and that they refused to accept me because I needed to give a 30 minute advance notice so they would not take me in today. Just horrendous customer service. I'm glad whoever answered told me they could take my name down for next week. Great advice. Ps. Google also says 6pm"
