"I haven’t been here in a while probably since they opened. Went in and notice they expended the place. That’s awesome. The young ladies were nice. I went to the back to check out the braiding hair. Now I’m back there minding my business and mind you there’s nothing but a door back there there not in use. I see a man come back and start looking out the door. Which I really think he was coming to check on me. I’m sure it was the owner and it would have been nice when he caught me (not) stealing to at least say hi do you need some help. I think we already get enough of that in the stores owned by the Asian community. I will be back but this wasn’t a good experience being followed while shopping is not cool."
"The customer service was EXCELLENT!! The 2 stars are for the over priced hair products. The products & hair at this store are $3- $5 more than online products, I was SHOCKED. The store has very limited items BUT they are expanding so I do see in the near future they will be able to offer more of a variety. Overall, I’m not sure how physical hair stores will/or can compete with online hair stores (like Amazon, a huge competitor) but online retailers prices are just so much cheaper for the SAME PRODUCT. I wish this company the BEST OF LUCK, very nice people but the products were very overpriced compared to other online hair retailers."
"I’m so glad that I found this black owned beauty supply near me! I will drive the couple extra minutes. They didn't have the color that I wanted in the brand that I normally get but I did find what I was looking for in another brand. The young lady behind the counter was so helpful and they have a rewards program! I will be coming back. Prices are AFFORDABLE too. I usually spend more at other beauty supply stores. I got my hair, some gel, a bonnet, and the baby hair brush for about $50. Win Win for me!!"
