"Took my daughter to get her ear repierced. The back wouldn't fit, so they forced it on. Then after the time came to switch earrings, my daughter couldn't remove it. We returned to the store, and they very rudely said that I need to take her to the doctor. I ended up having to use 2 pair of pliers (not tweezers) in order to remove the earring!"

"Got my ears pierced here last year, one of my ears got infected immediately! I’m not sure if the employee knew what she was doing? I’m very great when it comes to the cleaning portion of a fresh piercing too. I do not recommend getting your ears pierced here! Go to a tattoo shop or somewhere with professional piercers. The only thing I can say was she was nice, but just really upset with the results I got!"

"I had the worst in store experience at this store location that they do not even deserve one (1) star but in order for me to leave a review I had to at least select one. The store manager (who refused to give me her name or associate/register number) is probably the worst manager I've encountered in a very long time. In fact, she would not allow her associate to share her information with me in order for me to call corporate and report her. She does not represent the store and the Claire’s brand well and it's unfortunate. I will never shop at this location as long as she is the store manager and I will be sure to share my experience with others in the community."
