During my visit to Claire’s, I experienced her yelling at another employee to the point of tears AFTER she was very rude and snappy with me. I do not recommend this Claire’s if you’re looking to be taken care of as a customer."

"Went in today and was immediately greeted by a staff member on the floor. I stood by the ear pierce station and my husband walked toward to register. Before he even asked what he needed a young lady by the name of Bre was attentive and ready to assist. She immediately came to help us and got everything ready to pierce our baby’s ears ! She was very patient sweet and kind .. I’m so lucky we got her ! We were trying to decide which Claire’s to go to ! Definitely returning to this location ! Thank you Bre! Hire more people like this !"
"I got my ears pierced here, and the lady was very nice and fun to talk too. I think the piercing guns have changed a little, because this one hurt a little. She took the time to measure it out evenly too."
