Kentuckiana Oral Maxillofacial & Dental Implant Surgery

"I was scheduled on 1/25 @8:45 for my wisdom teeth procedure with Dr Mills. I got there at 8:30 and wasn’t brought into a room until 9:20. The nurse who was prepping me was very sweet and kind. The doctor didn’t come in until around 9:45-10:00. He had asked me if I had anything to eat or drink and I said no just a sip of water. He informed me that he was not able to do the procedure because of the sip of water that I had taken although I received a text and video that informed me that I was allowed to have a sip of water. Therefore I lost 8 hours of PTO that day not just for my job but my two parents lost their PTO from work that day as well because truthfully the surgeon was running late and that’s why he didn’t do my procedure. If patients aren’t allowed to have a sip of water like the text and video says you all might want to change that so this doesn’t happen to any other patients. I am very unhappy with this outcome and the way I was treated at this office."

"I had 3 teeth extracted yesterday, Jan. 23,2024. Geoffrey Mills done an excellent job. A much better experience with him than the surgeon I seen from another practice two years ago. I highly recommend them. The gal that helped and I can’t remember her name, she was awesome. He had those 3 teeth out in no time! I’m sore as expected today, but doing better than I had expected considering how it was with only one extraction elsewhere. Everyone in that office in Jeffersonville were very friendly."

"Insurance denial due to them not obtaining the proper documentation from my child’s primary dentist. Refused to do a peer to peer. Submitted a second claim within 30 days rather than appealing the first which was denied again due to submitting within 30 days. Similar problems with the surgery center they use. Wound up having to go through a different oral surgeon because they couldn’t get the job done. Super long wait in office on the consult too, without updates or explanation. They did better a few years ago when my daughter was referred there. I can no longer recommend them, unfortunately."

Dr. Warren also treated my son about 6 years ago with excellent results. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing the service of an oral.surgeon."
