"I have never, ever been so poorly treated in my life. The practice manager attempted to hide behind HIPAA regulations (which did not apply in this situation), and then was caught in a blatant lie regarding my daughter's mistreatment due to communication issues within the practice. Fortunately, I know & teach HIPAA, so her attempt to dismiss me went away. Then she lied to my face, but was unaware that she had been recorded when my spouse was dealing with her. Caught red-handed! She then said the conversation was over and I needed to leave so, I did. Her mishandling of this event will lead to all of our family removing our care from their facility. My daughter still got the wrong treatment, and they never once apologized. Not even an insincere apology. They made the error, and they dug in, blaming the disabled & passive personality teen for not leaving mid-procedure. I work in healthcare, and grew up with a family of dentists in another state. I know that mistakes can happen, and when they do, step 1 is to own it, & repair the situation as completely as possible. I feel bad for anyone who works there or is a patient there, as the site-leaders is a massive problem. Our family's experience is that the lying practice manager at this location is toxic, inept, insincere, and therefore I cannot recommend this practice to anyone. Had they simply acknowledged their error & apologized this could have been a review of praise. Instead, it is a cautionary tale of deceit and obfuscation. Beware, that they are totally willing to make an error in your care and blame you for it, then bill you for it. I've never had to say something like this in my life but: Nothing less than her termination and a written apology would heal this."

"The staff are always helpful and friendly. They are knowledgeable and share information. I was able to arrive early to my appointment and they were able to see me prior to my appointment time. They are always prompt. I like that they send text reminders as well. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone who needs dental work."

"I chipped one of my top two front teeth on Sunday and they saw me Monday at 10! I was so nervous about what the repair was going to look like but you can not tell it was ever chipped. I was incredibly impressed at the quality of work. The office is always so welcoming and everyone is always nice. The staff who cared for me during the procedure were absolutely exceptional, including Dr. Lowe. I’m so thankful to have this taken care of so quickly and the results far exceeded my expectations. My family already goes to the same office , but I will continue to recommend them to everyone."
