"I went on November 12, 2023 to buy some romaine lettuce. The price was posted as 6 cents. At the end the female manager did not believe me about the price. I went with her to verify it and she agreed it was 6 cents but she refused to sell it to me at that price. This is a violation of the Texas Deceptive Trade Practices Act A subsection of the Act states the following: advertising goods or services with intent not to sell them as advertised. Perhaps the Texas Attorney General Office Consumer Protection Division should take a look at such illegal practices."
