"Excellent customer service. Went to pick up items that was not available for pick up. The Manager short guy with glasses wish I got his name made sure I got my items. I looked at the invoice he handed me and didn’t tell me a refund was also given. Ty very much Sir Outstanding customer service."

"I live near Ysleta HS and make the drive to this Albertsons solely for the eight piece, fried chicken and wedges. Turns out they don’t have the original wedges they had before. Now they got some short red ugly wedges that look like fries. Didn’t get them but got the eight piece chicken. I asked the kid with the bleached hair if he had put two breast pieces in. Sarcastically, he said he put two of everything, two legs, two thighs, two wings, etc. So I got home, turns out he gave me 3 thighs and only 1 breast.He decided to charge me $9 bucks instead of the $6 for not having their app on top of that. If you’re gonna give attention which is fine by me, at least know what you are doing back there. I would’ve gone back and made a huge scene but it’s a long drive."

"Love Albertsons FLOWERS! I can say these flowers are better than local flower shops. They last longer than other flowers arrangements I’ve received throughout my life. The BAKERY!!! Wowoowowww!! We decided to buy our wedding cake here since their cakes have been consistent. It was delicious! Highly recommend this bakery."

"Loved coming here for the variety of products this store sells and the quality but I am afraid to say it was all ruined with an unconformable experience I had yesterdays afternoon with what looks like to be a person of authority in this store. Said person was talking to the manager within this ‘boundary’ made out of products within which any customer could just come in and out of. My boyfriend asked a simple question which was if somebody could help him buy the oysters behind the glass and what theyre price was. The person then became increasingly erratic and started yelling at my boyfriend to get out from the boundary over and over again like is he was a kindergartener. Not sure what could have caused this employee to be this comfortable to be so rude and angry but I am sure it is because the manager might be pressuring them and allowing this behavior because he was only a short distance away. This lady then messed with the wrong girl after my boyfriend who did call it to the managers attention. Overall horrible experience, we came to shop not to get bullied! People like this dont deserve a job."

"First time here and had a good experience. I like the nice open aisles with enough room to easily get around a shopper who may have stopped to look at labels or such. I found out that the main reason to frequent this store is the combining of credits you get for making purchases. A sister of a friend stated she feels it was a good trip if she can see a 50% savings on her receipt. I took a great look and found a lot of great deals and I could find almost everything I normally buy in other stores. If I can get everything I need here then if it's about choice, I would definitely shop here."
