"I'm so glad you asked, my experience was an absolute nightmare. As soon as I walked into the store, my belongings were stolen, yes, someone jacked my purse. Yes, I was a little distracted making my poultry selection, but it only took a moment. When I looked up my "carrito" was gone. I immediately went to the front office to inquire about lost & found, but the ladies said no one had returned anything. I was frantic, and I asked if I could review the cameras, the reply was a quick no because the manger was "out to lunch", they just there and looked at me as if I was an alien. They asked no questions from me, had no resolutions, nothing. So I, had to fend for myself, I scanned the entire store, of course nothing, asked for the assistant manager, of course she was useless, I finally just left my business card with my information, my name, my phone number, and my email. This occurred yesterday 8/5/23 at about 12:00 PM,.... I'm still waiting for a call back."

"Idk who's gonna read this but people need to have more compassion! A little bit before Thanksgiving, on the Friday before Thanksgiving, there was an old man in full blue hospital clothing asking for $2 for the bus fare, he was not drugged or drunk, he was sober and visibly tired and slow to walk because it seemed that his feet hurt, and he said his sister forgot to pick him up after he got released from the UMC hospital and he still had his hospital bracelet on. He said he was tired of walking around asking for help, he was old and tired, and there was real hurt and desperation in the old man's eyes when he told me nobody would help him, and i believed his story 100%. I believe he's just an old man in need of help. He is Mexican-American, about 5'6" to 5'8", he had a ponytail, a beard and white hair on both hair and beard, brown skinned/moreno, El Paso local accent. I really really hope somebody helped him get the help he needs. I hope nobody bothered him, i saw cartboys but i hope they left him alone, and that somebody helped him. The old man's hurt eyes stayed in my mind and keep in mind it could be anybody's family member. Please help him."

"The last time I ever step inside this one very nasty chicken guys girls be careful with the meat there and chicken everything stinks I'm so mad I went to a different location before all of this and I was very impressed that the store was very cleaned the meat and chicken were not smelly nothing was wrong they had the store running good nasty location by fox plaza disgusting ppl there think they're hot stuff because they work at a place we're no one speaks English they r rude"

"Stopped by to pick up a few items. The store was full of customers shopping for food. Food King has a large variety of items. They have there own unique way of stocking the grocery store. The stocking system works well for the store. It was a nice shopping experience."
