"I used to love getting the chicken tenders from the deli because they were cooked well and not tough. The last few times I have purchased them they are very over cooked and I have to tell the staff which ones I want because they look better than the other ones. They always tell me they have been cooked just a few minutes ago. It’s always a hit and miss. Today was another miss. It’s frustrating because they are not consistent with the quality of the product. Please improve how you cook your chicken. I am disappointed with the quality. Please give your staff a break because they look very unhappy and the young man was thrashing the food in and out of the bag. If your staff is unhappy they will give bad service."
