"Icing gained a new customer. I had walked into this store to get a cartilage piercing and the person that did it was great. She welcomed me when I walked in and informed me about their items being on sale. Shortly after leaving the store, I noticed that there was an extra charge on my receipt. So I went back in and the lady there said that she would get a manager. That’s when miss Abby showed up and took care of my issue AND went even beyond that to make my experience nothing short of wonderful. I’m a shy person and try to avoid conflict, but Abby is a breath of fresh air and made my issue disappear in a matter of minutes. I work in retail as well and we’re trained to always make the situation right. So it’s nice to see that other places also practice this! Thank you so much!!"

"The manager Abigail and another employee was very rude! She used curse words In front of my little daughter! And argued with other customers present. A lady pulled me aside afterwards and told me she had a similar experience! Very unprofessional management and staff! Another staff member was caught stealing!"

"Terrible customer service by "manager" Robie. My daughters purchased an item at the Irving mall location, but when they tried to return the item were told they could not, by Robie the "manager". They were told they do not allow or do returns anymore, even though there was a posted sign on the counter right next to him saying otherwise. Even after my daughter proceeded to point it out to him, he still would not concede, explaining it was a policy "cancelled over 7 months ago". At that time they stepped out of the store and called the customer service number and the Grapevine location to see if that in fact was true. They were told by both csr that they should have been allowed to return the item and the behaviour was unacceptable. I will update accordingly after we speak with higher management, in store, tomorrow morning. Screenshots are of Icing's return policy posted on their website as well."
