"Terrible place I looked online and I seen this is right by my house so it's perfect. I walk in and didn't see anyone in any chairs waiting so I waited about 15 minutes for the woman to get rude with me and tell me she didn't have any available spots. I'm thinking "I've been here 15 minutes with open seats? I could've had a haircut in that time". but I try very hard not to be rude because I understand there may be circumstances I'm unaware of. So I go out to my vehicle for roughly another 10-15 minutes to look for another place and no vehicles pull in. I understand a client could've been running late but for them to not even care or even ask me to come back was very disrespectful. Normally at barber shops if there is a wait people would be "waiting" hence the name. Even if it was booked online someone would have been waiting in the lobby for their appointment"

"I have been coming to this shop for about 18 months. Malorie has always cut my hair, and I was satisfied until this last visit. She comes in about 15 minutes late, doesn't say anything to me and goes in the back for another 5 minutes. When she finally comes out, she says; "are you ready"? Honey, I was ready at 10 am, my appointment time. Stuff happens, so I am overlooking that issue, but then she gets a personal phone call and proceeds to talk to the person while she is supposed to be finishing my haircut. She once told me she could cut my hair with her eyes closed. Now she can cut someone else's hair with her eyes closed. I'm done."
