"I recommend this place to anyone. She is so sweet, professional and knows what she's doing. My friend was having a crisis with his hair after his barber messed his hair horribly. She fixed the issue in less then 30 minutes. Really talented!!"

"I went in for a cut and color. I wanted a root dip. The colored my entire head neon pink. I also got a cut. I wanted a shoulder length bob. One side was longer than other. She missed several chunks of hair. She fried my hair. I told her I didn’t want anymore bleach, but she didn’t listen and put it in anyway. I always came to her (despite her crazy high prices) because I thought I could trust her with my hair. Not anymore. Over $400 in the hole and my head is a horribly damaged glow in dark self esteem nightmare. I would go to Super Cuts before I ever came back here. When I told her how upset I was she o Lu got defensive, and blamed it on me. After days of going back and forth she told me she gave me a $50 refund that I never received. She used to be amazing; but the last two times I came I left even unhappier the last. Please save your money and go somewhere else. I promise you you will regret it if you don’t."
