Venetian Nails Day Spa

"I wanted to share my recent experience at a nail salon. I struggle in these situations to assert my wishes and usually receive work I am not satisfied with. I always wonder if they are complaining or speaking ill of me to each other in Vietnamese, which could be my typical rejection sensitivity. I often get this vibe though. I like getting pedicures and manicures with a full set, but dislike gel or shellac on my toes. It causes nails to become brittle and damaged, and once resulted in an awful broken nail on my big toe. It took a couple months to grow back. So I said, 'please just regular polish on my toes'. As for nails, I like them very short and natural looking. I had to ask several times for what I wanted, even though I felt bad and one lady looked at me and laughed twice I am a paying customer. I can ask for what I want, even though it's different than what most customers have done. I didn't take it personally and enjoyed my time regardless."

"I went in for a refill, I was charged $55. Same cost a new set. She did a really bad job. This is not even at all, look at the lines, it’s very bad. I had to go to another salon. Owners should really be taking a look at their employees work not just sitting around. In the last picture it’s not even smooth."

"I wanted an iridescent set & a French pedi. I don't like thick French's. Tommy asked if I wanted thin or thick before he started , *which I appreciated very much*. The pedi massage was relieving as well. Tiffany did the best manicure set I've ever had. Iridescent sets seem to be hard for nail techs (this could just be my experience), but she absolutely nailed it. I did the gel X & asked for the "chrome" (iridescent) powder with a pink/nude base. They did such a good job that I'm posting my feet on the internet...for free. ☠️ I'm bummed that I'm not local and only visit, but these two have a client as long as they're doing business. The owners were very accommodating as well- thank you to all of them for an awesome experience."

"Super friendly employees! My nails were done so well and we were treated so nicely. Best nail salon I have been to in a long time! Tiffany was AMAZING, so kind and checked in to see how I liked my nails after each step. Loved this place."
