"Sheer Skin Spa is a beautiful, inviting, modern office. I’ve had dermaplaning and microneedling treatments done at this spa and I absolutely love these treatments!! Veronica is very informative and her communication is amazing throughout the whole process. You won’t be disappointed. She also gave me good tips, pointers and recommendations for an at-home skin care routine. P.s. while getting these facials I also got a mini massage on my neck, arms and hands!"
"I overall just did not like how they were not understanding at all, I had to miss an appt. due to a family emergency I called and called all morning and they never answered, at least just to let them know. They reached out to me later that I missed my appt. that was obviously known, I explained to them and they told me that they never received a call and they had to charge me an additional $50 if I wanted to go back and continue my sessions. With all this going on I would expect them to be courteous and understand but no they still wanted me to pay to go back, which to begin with didn’t even see a difference with the procedure. Save your money and don’t go."
