"I was given false information and then learned that instead of paying around $150.00 for repairing three door mechanisms they sold me three whole new door handles. I later found out that the one piece which would have fixed my door handles, and which they sell, and would have cost me around $150.00 they had me buy the entire mechanism which cost around $700.00. When I spoke with Dustin he listened to my story and told me it was just my tough luck. Just to note, when we built our home we bought 14 of these very expensive door handles. They made a lot of money off us. Dissatisfied customer!"

"A 1 star rating is being generous. The staff are knowledgeable and friendly. Unfortunately the owner runs his business like a slum lord. If a business owner can’t hold up his end of employee benefits because he doesn’t want to pay them, imagine how he s screwing his customers. My recommendation is to take a pass on this business and keep on shopping."
"This place has Great office ladies that are helpful and a great inventory to choose from when finding the perfect accents to your home or business, but the owner is an absolute joke and treats his employees terrible. He breaks employee contracts, tampers with personal files so there is no proof and plays favorites amongst employees. I would never suggest working for this company or supporting it."
