"This office gave my son two meds that he is allergic with. His allergies are listed in his medical records. He had to go to the Emergency Room hospital for emergency treatment due to the reaction to meds the Dr prescribed. Also, this office charged my insurance company for 45 minutes of anesthesia. He was only in that office for two extractions and total time of going into the office and leaving out their door was only 21 minutes. Their billing department did not bill my insurance company properly and was attempting to procure more money from me out of pocket. DO NOT TRUST THIS OFFICE! It has been a nightmare and they have not owned up to their mistakes. BEWARE!!!"
"I called Kentuckiana Oral for an urgent appointment for my son, Kenzea was able to quickly fit me in with Dr. Allen within days of me calling. Upon our arrival, Kenzea was the one to check us in. She was so sweet to not only me, but my 4 year old son as well. He was nervous going in, but the team here made him so comfy and happy. Even sending him away with a little treat after his appointment. The team here at Kentuckiana Oral is completely unmatched."
