"I had the pleasure of meeting Lucky at this school and was blessed with her doing my hair I was convinced that there was nothing that could be done with my hair because it was just 4 inches long she took her time to listen and talk to me to find out what I was really wanting and then she amazed me when she gave me a style that I could wear daily in any setting and it was simple and my hair looks so much better than it had it felt healthy again I felt amazing. I'm so excited for next month to come in and get color done by her I can't wait to see her graduate! You now have a forever client young lady thank you!!"

"I have been coming here for years. Unfortunately the staff has changed and is not that nice anymore and unfortunately a student fried my hair that’s her exact words. The student wasn’t nice. She said that it was going to make her job harder because she fried my hair she left the product on my hair too long And it it damaged my hair, you would think that Paul Mitchell would offer condition treatments at a discount or for free to help repair my hair due to the students negligence. I understand your students and their learning but when you put something on a timer and then you leave and because she did not come back in time to take the product off it damaged my hair really bad I would not recommend Paul Mitchell anymore. They used to be good like I said the instructors that were there they’re not anymore they have almost all new instructors and staff they don’t care about the customer all they care about is getting money from the customer. Like I said I would’ve recommended this place before it’s all changed but it’s changed too much not for the better for the worse I would recommend if you’re getting color to make sure that the student comes back when they should. I do not recommend Paul Mitchell anymore."

Going off of my experience and reading some other reviews, appointments here may take longer than expected as the stylists are students. Just plan some extra time and enjoy a great service at an affordable price!"

"So I bought my wife a highlight deal on Groupon and a haircut/wash treatment deal. She went in and it took 6 hours and when she got home it looked like the photos shown in the comments. She called them back so they could fix it and they told her she had to pay for everything that was wrong. As a business this is not professional!!! I highly recommend not to go there because they will take your money and will end up charging you for more bowls of color than needed as well as mess up so you can come back. The Groupon deal all together was less than 50$ and she ended up paying over 100$!!"
