"William would be better received if he had an answering service to schedule for him, but when he gets on the job he's as good as any diagnostic technician in the county. Ten minutes in he found the problem and showed me the melted fusible link. Five minutes later he discovered the replacement part wasn't available within 30 miles, but he had a bypass that worked the same as the OEM. I told William I hoped to never see him again, but if I have a vehicle dead in the driveway, he would be the first man I'd call."
