Caliber Collision

"Had a minor accident and brought the car to caliber collision in Bastrop. The repair was minor and took about 3 weeks to get the vehicle back but since then the vehicle started having mechanical issues. I called and asked what had been disassembled since the car began to overheat right after pick up and also a slight jerk going at fast speed. Their response was we did not do anything to cause those issues. The vehicle never had mechanical issues up until that point. If this serves as a warning, consider it!"

"Took my vehicle in to get back bumper fixed due to someone rear ending me! I worked with Jennifer! She was so awesome! She was thorough and made sure everything was up to par before I got it back!"

"Caliber has had my vehicle for a month now, to do very minimal body repair and simple paint on a door and fender,and lights removal and replacement,updates come in it gonna be finished, then get changed , vehicle has now been sitting out front for a week with no movement and today was the scheduled completion date. Vehicle is still outside unlocked, hood unlatched just sitting by the Highway, they can't update and promise and not complete, this was at most a 2 week repair not a month to sit on a car. Disappointed they used body filler and did not replace parts. Disappointed it wont be completed today or probably next week and all the it will be completed texts, or it is next in line for paint, or be in, when you call they say they don't know, they don't first come first serve they do it at their convenience, the finished product will be body filler and paint definitely not what I was expecting from a 4.8 star rated business. Cars been prepped for basically a week and just sits, took photo 2 days ago, dropped in today it was simply moved a few spots over still prepped and today was the scheduled completion date via text message, after receiving text that yesterday it would be done by 4:30, and again I will reiterate today is exactly 1 month and got another message today it will be completed, it needs paint, clear coat, and complete reassemble."

"I was the victim of a hit an run, somewhat devastating to me as this has been my dream car and after 20 years finally got it. The back passenger quarter panel was dented so badly I could put my hand thru it. From the get go, Caliber and Jen (I believe was the office managers name) made things so easy. I didn't even know how how this would work with my insurance. She walked me thru the steps, helped me understand what to expect. Zack was the one who did my work and he gave me 2 time estimates, one for if they don't have to special order parts, and one for if they were able to repair. They had my car completed in a week when I was told it could potentially take 3-4 weeks. Zach also went above and beyond I had two pre accident issues he took the time to address. The first was some paint scratches at the trunk where my son damaged it putting a full ice chest into the trunk, Zach touched up those paint chips for me without my asking. The second a small ding that he just took a moment to pop back out for me. I couldn't be happier with my vehicle and the work Caliber Collision has done!"
