"I have had a bad experience at this shop about a year ago but just recently I gave them another chance since they are so close to where I live, they were not only very fast at getting my car done but letting me know every step of the way, I was sent a text telling me what day it would be done and I picked it up that day. It was the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had in a repair shop. Lance was very professional and polite, he made sure I knew all about the repair and asked me if I liked how it turned out.
