"I’m not one to leave reviews but this automotive shop is terrible. If I could give it zero stars, I would. I spend over 2 thousand on my car just for it to never get fixed. when I asked for a refund they said it had been over two months therefore they couldn’t give me my money back. Keep in mind I was trying to be understanding with them and brought my car in THREE times to get the same issue fixed (replacing my catalytic converter) which they didn’t fix. The third time I went, I had to go back again the same day because as soon as I got home my check engine light had turned on. When I brought it in to the automotives they said it wasn’t reading the catalytic converter error and that it has other issues. But when I took it to the dealership that same day they told me that I needed to replace my catalytic converter… This whole thing is so upsetting, if I would’ve known that after two months (well if they would’ve informed me about this policy) then obviously like any other person, I would’ve asked for my refund the first time they said they fixed it but didn’t. After telling them that there is no 2 month refund policy on their website, their receipt or even a sign on their store about this policy he said sorry but that’s how it works here like sorry I wasn’t aware that I was supposed to read your brain. I don’t understand why the owner said they could fix my car if they couldn’t. I missed work and I wasted my time just to have to take my car to the dealership. I definitely got taken advantage of and I’m not sure if it’s because I’m a girl but I will never be coming back."

"Will not be going back to this shop, very disorganized. I should have known from the first visit when Jeremy gave me someone elses receipt had to take the time to go back in the shop to show him and get the correct one. The main issue was when Jeremy told me to order a part from amazon and then finding out 2 months later that a part I payed over 500 dollars for was not even used or returned to me Jeremy did not put the part back in my truck and nothing was clear, they did not have the invoice or the shipping paperwork they had nothing and it did not even look like all the parts were back in the box when I finally got it back. I also bought a radio that i think he kept and he put a generic low quality piece of equipment in my truck. This was all shady and i still do not clearly know exactly what all he did that is why i will not be back. I am pretty sure he would have wanted a part he bought returned back to him if it was not used. Its misfortunate when a business thinks they can just treat their customers any kind of way. Also when i tried to get ahold of someone else in the shop about another matter, Jeremy has his personal phone as the business phone, so i could not even leave a message for somebody else there, and he was aggravated that I was calling. Well heres an idea let calls go to an answering machine if you do not want to be disturbed after business hours. Everyone else in the shop was real nice and I Had no problems with but I will not be back because of Jeremy's carelessness and just do not trust him. No thank you for the aggravation you have caused I will take my money somewhere else!"

They got the job done quick without emptying my wallet. And everyone there was a very friendly and welcoming. So far I would definitely recommend."
