"DO NOT take your vehicle here! My fiancés truck was here for over a month they told us a specific date it would be ready and it was ready another week after. (Had my fiancé not almost lost his job due to not being able to get back out of state with his vehicle the delay would be rolled off the back) the day after we got the truck back transmission was doing the same exact thing as when we dropped it off but we had to get back to work so we had no choice but to go back out of state. We had to take the truck to a shop in the state that we are working in where they informed us the transmission had NOT been rebuilt (which is the service we paid for) just the valve body had been replaced."

"After taking my Cadillac XT4 to the dealership, thinking they would be honest with the diagnosis of what was going on with my vehicle, I decided to take it to a Certified Transmission specialist. This, after the dealership claimed that my vehicle was having transmission issues, and they would charge $1100, just to take the transmission down to "look at it!" I figured that a transmission specialist would be able to verify what the dealership claimed was wrong with my vehicle...and I was right!!! Except, there was NOTHING wrong with the transmission! Certified Transmissions live up to their name, not only being qualified, but trustworthy!!!! They did not even charge me for the diagnosis, after not only test driving my vehicle, but taking a careful diagnosis of it, in determining that I actually had an issue totally unrelated to my transmission! The dealership charged nearly $200 just to misdiagnose my vehicle!!! If you want good quality, trustworthy service, take your vehicle to Certified Transmissions!!!!!"

"I respect the professionalism. Robert and Wayne the Owner were great and my truck hasn't run this good in very long time. Nobody likes having to replace or rebuild a transmission but if you have to I suggest bringing it here ."

"By far the worst repair shop I've ever dealt with ever do not ever take a vehicle here they literally told me take my vehicle off the property and Robert told me they where not fixing there screw up horrible customer service and even worse service they didn't even replace my transmission they charged me 2500 then once they had my vehicle they told me it would be 5000 total to get it back horrible place dont go here so now what mr.Ray? Robert? Now what? Are u going to fix the front seal on our 2018 Camry or do u need to speak to our attorney? It's a good thing I love the spy shop and was able to record the entire interaction with Robert and all of the phone calls that where made all we wanted was our car repaired like we paid for 5000$ and you Robert are a bold face lieing, cheating, scam artist. And Mr. Ray you should be ashamed to have an employee such as him running a shop with such potential your Mr transmission right? Well this man Robert is running your establishment into the ground and screwing anyone and everyone out of whatever he can I mean they never even removed the transmission from our vehicle all it needed was some transmission fluid in the first place and the front seal replaced but Robert charged us 5000 dollars because my girlfriend didn't know anything about mechanics and I was out of town this has cost her her job and all types of setbacks please honor your companys word and fix her vehicle or we will take this issue as far as we need to to compensate for everything this has cost us.."
