"We recently sent a LSX swapped 280z to them for a specialized alignment. It has an Apex Engineered Ford 8.8 Rear Suspension setup, so it's not something you can trust any shop with. We personally dealt with Chelsea and Mitchell. They were very clear and communicative, and something that is HUGE for us, they communicated ahead of time when there was going to be a cost increase. Cost increases are inevitable when dealing with bespoke, custom builds, and it always benefits all parties involved when cost increases can be communicated clearly and planned for, rather than being surprised. Lastly, they had a master technician working on the vehicle, and everything was double checked, torqued to spec, and marked with a paint marker before final delivery. We double check all work that comes from sublet vendors, and we were very happy to see the forethought that went into ensuring a quality service. We can't say the same for similar competitors, and although this was our first experience with BSP, we look forward to sending many more of our higher tier builds their way for our performance alignment needs."
