Katie and Lisa did a great job of keeping us updated on the progress and Lisa wrestled with our warranty company to get a problem with our main awning fixed. They do it right the first time and if not they own the issue and fix it. They suggest things I missed and they are very reasonably priced. "Lisa and the team at Quality RV Solutions did a great job once again! I had some roof damage and they worked with my insurance company to get it replaced. The new roof has a lifetime warranty and it looks great! They also worked with my RV manufacturer to get multiple warranty issues fixed. Lisa had to go back and forth with manufacturer to get needed parts and funds to do the job right. Now everything is fixed and I couldn’t be more satisfied. "I deleted my initial review after call from technician. But then it didn't make sense. I paid $2k for my food trailer to be rewired. Low voltage coming out of exterior light connections which was the initial concern of mine. A month ago, a light switch failed which led to no electricity going through the trailer. I included a picture of light switch. Technician said they never touched the switch. That confuses me because the switch would have to be disconnected for the old wires to be replaced with new wiring. If the switch is disconnected like the other switch was disconnected and replaced without my consent, then that would be the responsibility of the technician. Now I'm wondering did I lose $2,000 for nothing. Was the trailer completely rewired or only part of it??? If there was a QA done on the work, why exterior lights have little electricity. I could opt to not work for two weeks or so while hoping they could figure this out but now hearing they didn't touch the switch but the trailer was rewired completely without touching the switch has caused me to lose all confidence if letting them work on it again. Doesn't hurt them though. My advice to anyone with an electrical issue like mine, is simply to instruct no parts replaced without consent and proof of old wiring."
