"I had great experience at the Baybrook location. All three girls that were working took such good care of us. We went to all the jewelry stores in the mall and were told an ID necklace would never make it in time for Christmas for our daughter. A competitor said "you should have ordered on black friday" but these ladies took time to listen, even suggested ways to get it as fast as possible. They were cheerful, sweet and welcoming. Thank you for your amazing customer service it's refreshing!"
"I had been wanting a septum piercing for a long time, I just couldn't find anybody that I trusted. I found someone named Mouse and her Instagram page and I reached out. I told her that I had some anxiety about pain, placement and etc. She immediately put my mind at ease, so I went up there. She was very professional and eased my anxiety; not to mention she was very hygienic and made sure every single apparatus she touched was sterile! It's important to note that, I can tell all the employee's there take a lot of pride in their work and career! Its been about a week since I got it done and I couldn't be happier!
