"These people have no clue what they're doing. They're working by trial and error on your dime. This isn't a customs shop,it's a let's make excuses and rip you off shop. The wife needs to find a hobby to learn how to deal with customers because remember "wife", your business runs on customer satisfaction and referrals. The 5 star reviews must be all their friends. Don't waste your time and definitely not your money on doing any type of business with them. Even if it's a small job. Get a quote, get signatures, and get receipts!!!!"
