"On Friday 11/24/23 I walked in looking for replacement piercing jewelry with a specific fit and look in mind that I had been unable to receive through many other shops! The young lady was so kind and patient while being helpful to allow me to find the jewelry and fit I had been looking for! As a person who use to work with customers I so appreciated the patience and kindness. Left a happy customer and will def return for any additional tattoos or piercing I receive!!"

"Today was the first time I've been to this shop because I honestly didn't know if was here and so close to home. My daith jewelry fell out earlier today and I couldn't get it back in by the time I got home from work. I currently don't have a regular piercer because it's been a while since I've gotten any new ones, so we ended up here to see if it had closed up or if I just couldn't find the opening. Arlett is so helpful and awesome! She got my jewelry in and was very kind, especially considering that I was not getting a piercing and hadn't been there before. "I researched tattoo shops for months when I decided I wanted to get an old tattoo covered up and also wanted to start a sleeve on my arm. I visited Kimura and met Justin (a5ink). I initially noticed how the studio was clean and quiet. Not obnoxiously loud like many I have been to in the past. Justin and I talked about a few options for the cover up and I made an appointment for later that week. When the cover up was finished, it exceeded my expectations. Justin was professional and took his time. I expected the tattoo to take longer but he not only did a fantastic job, he did it quickly, especially considering it was a cover up. I’ve since had him do several other tattoos and each time I’m impressed with his work and tine efficiency. Additionally, I have several other tattoos I’ve gotten at various studios over the years and don’t mind the pain, but the ones Justin did have been significantly less painful. I highly recommend him as well as Kimura as a whole. It’s the cleanest studio I’ve ever been to and everyone working there are welcoming, professional and friendly."
