Crocs at Round Rock Premium Outlets

"Went on christmas eve which i get is stressful i worked in retail so i understand. We had showed up about 15 minutes before closing( again i get it's stressful). but while in the store almost every minute the lady at the register was saying what time it was in such a rude tone while saying “everyone needs to get up and get out” my 66 year old mom was trying on shoes my dad went to go check out and my mom was made to walk out of the store without her shoes on. This was a terrible experience and something needs to be done about the terrible staff.I went back inside to tell them that their behavior was unacceptable but didn’t feel as if they cared."

"Lily the manager refused to do an exchange. My crocs came damaged and crocs states exchanges can be done in store. While I was explaining the exchange she was just standing there picking her nose looking at her coworker while expecting the worker to do something. I ordered for Christmas and went to the store to exchange to make sure I have them in time. She wanted to charge me for the crocs. They literally only had 3 pairs of that style and different colors and she had to get them from the back. This is the second time I can’t find styles in that store. It’s ridiculous that they couldn’t accept an exchange for the exact style and size when they obviously came damaged. Customer service/satisfaction is clearly not a priority here."

"Crowded. Someone is counting the max who can enter so sometime it can have. Line in front crocs prices r different I got a basic red and it was Fifty cause I wanted a cool crocs bag they also have so many charms"

"My boyfriend and I had a bad experience in the past that made us hesitant to go back to this store. Today the ladies at the register and the manager (I believe her name was Lea or lily) were absolutely amazing! Great customer service and extremely helpful with exchanging a defective product. Thank you thank you!"

"This place is great! Large variety of every shoe in every color. Clogs, sandals, sneakers, flip flops, boots…All the charms and charm cases. Croc Butter, Lots of accessories. I was very disappointed in the price point. The price is no different than online or Academy or other retail stores. May even be higher. Where they get ya is the variety they have. They do have a clearance/sale area but still need to spend $100 to get the deal. I will be back but with more money next time to get my faves. ( spent my $125 at the Michael Kors outlet store around the corner on a purse and wallet, that was a deal. This is just a Croc retail store. I do not think they should be at the outlet malls with regular if not higher prices."
