"I had a great experience, Darnell was awesome and his work is great. He’s quick but detailed and focuses on what he’s doing. It’s hard to find someone who can do good line work and I wanted this simple clean tattoo and he did it perfect. His pricing was great and he was super quick to get back to me once I messaged him on IG and got me an appointment that worked around my schedule. "This shop is SO sketchy and violates all sorts of health code violations. I got 3 piercings here earlier this year and every single one got infected. I have many piercings and can understand one getting infected by my error, but I went to my normal shop farther away and they had to help me fix their mistakes (Flying Eye in Montgomery). They had to change out all of the jewelry and give me longer posts to accommodate for the swelling 10 days after I initially got them done. The piercer didn’t let me choose my jewelry and the ones he took out of his case were loose (not wrapped or sanitized). He also selected a hoop for my cartilage, which is unusual because posts are recommended by literally every shop of visited. He seemed to be in a rush as the only person at the shop, so I felt like I couldn’t say anything about it. I wish I would have. They also have sphynx cats who live at the shop and can jump around anywhere. That can’t be safe or sanitary. The shop’s comment on my review is a lie. I have video of the person at the shop piercing me. They use nickel piercings, which is not good for ears. Instead of owning up to their practices, they blame customers and reject work that they do poorly just to make a buck."
