"I moved to Houston recently and was looking for a tattoo artist. On an off chance I asked a woman with a cute & detailed sleeve where she went, and she referred me to Blacc at level’d up. I reached out and he was responsive and professional as we set an appointment. Because I have several tattoos I am dissatisfied with, I’m really particular about my tattoos- like annoyingly particular. Needless to say, Blacc did his THING. Despite my meticulous requests and timid attitude he was able to draw out exactly what I wanted. I’ve been back two more times since; a total of three tattoos in about a month. My best friend (who is also extremely particular) was with me my first appointment and also got a tattoo. She was so impressed with his service she followed it up with a cover-up of a large tattoo the next time she was in town. When my sisters came to visit for their birthdays I suggested Blacc and though they weren’t exactly sure what they wanted and just as timid as I was my first tattoo, Blacc sketched out and tatted three tattoos between the two of them. Although my tats were somewhat simple, based on the sketches around his tool kit I would not doubt he could knock out larger and more intricate works.
